Cannot book appointments in advance! Cannot get through to prescriptions without them asking you to call during certain times. Total waste of NHS money. Im so glad I now live outside their area now, where I can make an appointment up to a month in advance and get my prescriptions in time!!!
Absolutely fabulous service today from your new travel nurse. As a seasoned traveller I thought I'd covered the lot but she went through everything, made sure all bases were covered and offered excellent advice over and above the basics. I came away with a list of things to do, brilliant! Thankyou, simply wonderful patient service.
