Dreadful place! Never enough staff on the counter. Even if the queues are out the door ( and they often are)... they send one off out the back, just leaving one at a snails pace on the front desk. God forbid that anyone in the queue needs help with s passport application because then all staff are out the back and the queue just has to stand for 15 mins not moving at all.!! One staff in particular is as miserable as sin ( dark hair- tied back.).. with no smiling or customer service skills at all. It needs a good shake up by management, to look at this terrible system and iron out the problems. Never known a post office like it.. I DETEST going in there!!!!!!!
