Rocked up unannounced yet the owners couldn't have been more helpful. Great little site, very accommodating.
Don't stay at this site, we left after about 5 hours. The worst site I have ever stayed on and I have stayed on many camp sites over 30 years. The site is right next to main duel carridge way. Two toilets and two showers for whole site accessed via a field and sty and not clean. Owner very rude, didn't offer any simpsthy for having to pack up tent at 11:30 pm to get away from awful site and people on it. No apologies or sympathy for poor people left still on site. Didn't seem to care site was being over run with drunk adults (and children) playing loud music, using fowl language. Good luck if you find yourself staying onsite, you will need it . One star is too much .
Nice little site.... but one of the rudest owners that I have ever had the pleasure to meet.... Will not be returning
Owners are very friendly and helpful. Very close to Barnard castle . Had a very pleasant weekend. Will definitely be returning.xx
